Approval Workflow
Media goes through an approval workflow before it can be used in scheduled posts. This ensures content quality and compliance.
Approval States
| Status | Description | Can Schedule? |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | Awaiting review by operator/admin | No |
| Approved | Cleared for use in posts | Yes |
| Rejected | Not approved, with notes | No |
Tip: If your media is rejected, check the rejection notes for feedback on what needs to be changed before re-uploading.
Auto-Tagging with AI
The auto-tag feature uses a CLIP-based ML model to automatically classify your content into categories.
Tag Categories
The ML model generates tags in four categories:
Outfit
Identifies clothing and attire in the image (e.g., bikini, casual wear, lingerie).
Pose
Detects body positioning (e.g., standing, sitting, lying down).
Angle
Identifies camera angle (e.g., full body, close-up, mirror shot).
Setting
Recognizes the environment (e.g., bedroom, beach, studio, outdoors).
Using Auto-Tag
-
Click Auto-Tag
Click the "Auto-Tag" button on any media card. -
Wait for Processing
The first request may take 30-60 seconds while the ML model loads. -
View Tags
Tags appear on the media card with confidence scores. -
Use in Intelligence
Tags power the recommendation engine on the Intelligence page.
Note: Auto-tagging runs as a background task. Tags will appear after processing completes (usually within a minute).
Admin/Operator Features
Admins and Operators have additional capabilities in the Media Library:
- View All Creators - See media from any creator
- Assign Media - Assign uploaded media to specific creators
- Bulk Operations - Select multiple items for batch actions
- Approval Actions - Approve or reject media directly
Recommendations Sidebar
When you select media in the library, a recommendations sidebar appears showing:
- Suggested subreddits based on content tags
- Caption suggestions from similar high-performing posts
- Performance predictions for the selected content
